I have an incredible amount of content to post here, but before I post anything beyond a test message, I want to post a picture of my partner, my dog, and myself. I am an incredibly difficult human being to love, and dog is far less discerning than my husband. Without fail or exaggeration, Nick is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Our ginger dog, Koda, was adopted from the Oregon Humane Society in the Summer of 2021. Koda is 9.5 years old and has some serious lactose intolerance issues. Something him and a certain other person in our household have in common *ahem*, but I shall share no more about such uncouth topics.

My husband, Nick, is currently completing his medial residency at Seattle-area hospitals, and will soon become the best pediatrician ever! He has previously worked at a Swedish Pediatric Neurology Clinic and is looking forward to working with children and families!

(Trust… if he can deal with me when I’m not well, any child is kid-play, as they say… )

So, that’s some background… Needless to say, I am the luckiest man in the world.
